Online Payments (Stripe)
New customers must pay online with Stripe between the hours of 12am-6am
This is to prevent no-shows and to ensure our drivers are compensated for their time and effort.
We use Stripe for payment, analytics, and other business services. Stripe collects identifying information about the devices that connect to its services.
Stripe uses this information to operate and improve the services it provides to us, including for fraud detection.

Security & Privacy
We do not store or have access to your payment details or identification.
All payments are processed through the secure Stripe platform.

Stripe is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification available in the payments industry.
Process
When placing your order, you will be directed to the checkout page to setup a payment.
You will not be charged until you receive your delivery.
On delivery arrival you will be charged. If no payment is received, your order will be canceled.
If you cancel your delivery after the driver has been dispatched or you do not collect your order, you will be charged a cancellation fee to your payment method.
Cash
We accept cash on delivery for existing customers only.
Please have the correct amount ready for the driver. The driver will not drive you to an ATM to retrieve cash.
If you require change, you should let the driver know before they arrive.
When the driver arrives, hand them the correct amount of cash through their window. The driver will not give you your order until you have paid in full.
Bank Transfer
We accept bank transfer for existing customers only.
If you wish to pay via bank transfer, select this option when placing your order. You will be shown our bank details when your order is confirmed.
You must transfer the full amount before the driver arrives. The driver will not give you your order until we have received the full amount.
If your payment does not instantly go through, you must show the driver your receipt and your transactions list for them to inspect.
